Developed in the 1970s, and still successfully used today, TKI® is a tool designed to identify your conflict
resolution style.
Conflict is an inevitable, even necessary, part of human relationships. If managed poorly however, conflict
can cause lasting damage to ourselves, others, and our businesses or organisations.
By using TKI® to identify your preferred approaches to conflict, you can use this information to identify the
strengths and possible pitfalls of this approach. In addition, you can learn the benefits of adopting different
approaches to different kinds of conflict, and also how others may be approaching the same or similar situations
and what outcome they're looking for.
